4.1 Non-Returnable Items

Hygiene-sensitive products: Swimwear bottoms, one-piece swimsuits, and intimate apparel where the hygiene liner has been removed.

Returns of these items will be refused and sent back to the customer at their expense.
4.2 Refund Process

Authorization – We reply within 24 hours with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return address.

Ship Back – Send the parcel within 7 days of receiving the RMA; include the RMA on the package label.
