  • Free Worldwide Shipping

    • North America & Europe: Tracked express service, 5-8 business days.

    • Asia-Pacific: Tracked airmail or express, 4-7 business days.

    • Middle East & Africa: Tracked airmail, 7-12 business days.

    • Latin America & Remote Islands: Tracked airmail, 10-15 business days.

  • Order Processing Time: 1-3 business days (ex-warehouse).

  • Tracking: A tracking link is emailed automatically once your parcel leaves our warehouse.

2 . Shipping Disclaimers

  • Delivery times are estimates and may be extended by customs inspections, extreme weather, public-health restrictions, airline or courier disruptions, and force-majeure events.

  • We are not liable for delays caused by the destination country’s customs or postal services; however, our support team will assist with inquiries and carrier claims.

4 . Returns & Refunds

4.1 Non-Returnable Items

  • Hygiene-sensitive products: Swimwear bottoms, one-piece swimsuits, and intimate apparel where the hygiene liner has been removed.

  • Customized or made-to-order garments.

  • Final-sale / Clearance items (clearly marked on the product page).
    Returns of these items will be refused and sent back to the customer at their expense.

4.2 Refund Process

  1. Request – Email [email protected] with your order number and the items you wish to return.

  2. Authorization – We reply within 24 hours with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return address.

  3. Ship Back – Send the parcel within 7 days of receiving the RMA; include the RMA on the package label.

  4. Inspection – We inspect within 3 business days of receipt.

  5. Refund – Issued according to the timeline above; you will receive a confirmation email.
