These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Global (Hk) Limited’s website, products, and services (collectively, “Services”). By placing an order or using our Services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility & Account Registration

• You must be at least 18 years old and have legal capacity to contract.

• To place an order, you may be required to create an account and provide accurate, complete information.

2. Product Information & Pricing

• All descriptions, images, and specifications of Tops, Swimwear & Beachwear, Skirts, Shorts, Dresses, and Co-ords are provided for reference. We strive for accuracy but do not warrant that product details are error-free.

• Prices are displayed in your chosen currency and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors.

3. Order Acceptance & Cancellation

• Receipt of order confirmation email does not constitute acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including product unavailability, errors in pricing or descriptions, or suspected fraud.

• If we cancel your order after payment, you will receive a full refund via the original payment method within 14 days.

4. Payment Terms

• We accept major credit/debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, Klarna, Afterpay, and other region-specific wallets.

• Payment is captured at the time of shipment.

5. Shipping Policy

• Free worldwide shipping as described in our Shipping Policy. Transit times are estimates; see Shipping Policy for full details and disclaimers.

• Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery by the carrier.

6. Returns & Refunds

6.1 14-Day No-Questions-Asked Returns

• You may return any eligible item within 14 calendar days of delivery.

• Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs; use any trackable courier and retain proof of shipment.

6.2 Refund Processing

• Refunds are issued within 14 days of our receipt and inspection of the returned item.

• PayPal refunds may take up to 30 days in jurisdictions where local law requires (e.g., Germany, Italy).

6.3 Refund Method

• Refunds are made back to the original payment method—the same card, wallet, or PayPal account used at purchase—and in the purchase currency.

6.4 Ineligible Returns

• Items marked “Final Sale” or any goods that have been worn, altered, or damaged by you are non-returnable.

7. Intellectual Property

• All content on our site, including text, images, logos, and designs, is the property of Global (Hk) Limited or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may not reproduce or use our content without prior written permission.

8. User Conduct

9. Limitation of Liability

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

• These Terms and any disputes arising hereunder are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

• Any legal action or proceeding shall be brought exclusively in the courts of Hong Kong, S.A.R.

12. Changes to Terms

• We may update these Terms at any time. The “Last updated” date will reflect changes. Continued use of our Services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
